Brevard Veterinary Hospital is a small animal hospital dedicated to the professional care of both cats and dogs. We promote pet wellness, healthy habits, and preventative treatment through maintenance programs, nutritional guidance, and diagnostic services. We are passionate about your pets and strive to treat them “as if they were our own.”

Dr. Jennings earned her B.S. in Biology and Chemistry and a M.S. in Animal Science from Murray State University. She then completed her education at Auburn University where she received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine.
She has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 9 yrs and is interested in internal medicine, general & soft tissue surgery, and cardiology. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and holds accreditation with the United States Department of Agriculture.

I bring in my 3 dogs, my malinois, my bullherder who’s terrified, and I was scared to ever bring in my old yorkie poodle who I’ve had my whole life, he had to get majority of teeth removed and his prostate was enlarged, dr Jennings talked to me and helped me with my fears and explained everything in detail to me and kept me updated the entire step of the way through his surgery as he is a very old dog, I was never going to trust anyone with him, I have had many bad experiences with other vets around and I will always recommend her clinic never once have I been disrespected or disregarded they are patient with my animals and understanding and no I’m not just saying that, I have never felt so safe bringing my animals somewhere and they have ALWAYS found a solution even when my girl is reactive at vet and my boy is overly excited and as a pup constantly re- sprained his paw

The staff is always wonderful. The care from the vet all thru the office. They give great care to every pet.
Dr Jennings and her team are wonderful. My mini schnauzer puppy is a scaredy-cat and they are so sweet with him. I’ve had all good experiences throughout the last year I’ve brought him here, visits included all his puppy shots, random check-ins (I’m a first time dog owner so I don’t know what’s normal and what isn’t!) and also just got him neutered. he was up and ready to play the very next day! This is a very caring and competent team and I wouldn’t take my pup anywhere else.
If you've got a senior, small breed dog in need of a teeth cleaning, search no more. This was the first vet visit that I felt like Petey's well-being was the primary goal for his care.
Dr. Kim had a wonderful bedside manner with our sweet rescue baby. She was very transparent with the procedures and pricing and gave us several options for care, just as our friend said with the recommendation that brought us here.

Finally…. We found an amazing vet!! Dr. Kimberly Jennings and the staff are cream of the crop. They helped see our dog through cancer, doing all they could to help keep her comfortable. They’re amazing with our new puppy. They feel like family there.
Dr. Jennings and her staff are amazing!!! I didn’t want to spend the money to neuter my pup, but it was 1000% worth it…everybody is amazing there and you can tell that they really love animals! My boy has gotten nothing but love from them since the day he was found on the side of the road…Kathy, Lisa, Danielle, and several other girls (I’m sorry I don’t know all the names) are fantastic! If you can wiggle your way into this wonderful clinic (I think they are on a wait list)…do it!!! Dr. Jennings even takes a moment (if she sees you) while she’s running around to attend to other patients and says she talks to much (about care and love of animals) that is my favorite part…tell me everything, cause I have no idea! And Kathy is the most wonderful!! She knows me by name now…Lisa is a spitfire that will not mess around with what is best for your baby and Danielle is so kind and will just love up on your baby and answer any question you have…there is also another blond women (sorry I can’t remember her name) who is super great and attentive!!! Sorry for the long review, but I just can’t say enough good things about this place and I am so fortunate that my babies are in your care…Slash says hi!
What a great place. Even though Kimberly Jennings the veterinarian is busy all day she takes the time to explain things. She has some of the best staff ever who are also available for any questions. They get back to you when they say they will. I'm very happy to have found them. I highly recommend them.
